How do I schedule my appointment?

Do you take walk-in appointments?
Please schedule your appointment ahead of time online or by calling us.

Do you accept insurance?
Our practice is in-network with United Concordia, Principal, MetLife, Guardian, Delta Dental, Cigna, Ameritas, and Aetna, and we accept many other providers. We are also a Preferred Provider (PPO) for many dental insurance companies.

What are your office hours?
Here are the days and times we see patients:
- Monday: 10 am – 6 pm
- Tuesday: 8 am – 4 pm
- Wednesday: 8 am – 5:30 pm
- Thursday: 9 am – 5 pm
- Friday: 8 am – 2 pm

What type of financial support or payment plans do you offer?
Our team partners with CareCredit, Sunbit, and Proceed Finance to offer convenient monthly payment plans. We also offer the LoPresti Dental Membership Plan, an excellent alternative for patients without insurance. It covers essential preventative care and includes other discounts on our care.

How early should I get to my appointment?
It’s best to arrive for your visit at least 10 to 15 minutes before the start of your appointment. This will help us ensure your patient and insurance information (if applicable) is up to date.

How long will my appointment take?
Appointment times differ depending on the type of dental care you are receiving. Typical cleanings usually take 30 minutes to an hour, while more extensive treatments may take longer, depending on your specific needs.

What do I need for my first appointment?
On your first visit, please bring the following information:
- Any X-rays taken by a previous dentist. X-rays can also be forwarded to our office from your previous dentist upon your request.
- A list of medications you are currently taking, their dosages, and also include all vitamins and over-the-counter supplements.
- A list of any current medical concerns or conditions.
- Dental insurance, if you are covered and paying through insurance.
- Completed new patient forms.
